When Drew was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals, we knew immediately that we wanted to use our platform to give back to the city we were calling home. But the true heart of our foundation wasn't born on the football field—it was born in the neonatal intensive care unit.

After meeting in high school and dating through college, we were thrilled to start our family here in Cincinnati. However, our first daughter, Alivia, was born prematurely and required a stay in the NICU. During those uncertain days, we experienced the world-class, compassionate care of the staff at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Just as importantly, we saw firsthand the immense emotional and practical toll that medical crises take on patients and their families. We knew we had to do something to help lighten that load.

We started small. That first year, our family simply went to the store, purchased toys ourselves, and donated them to children in the hospital to bring a little bit of joy during the Christmas season.

Over Drew's eight seasons with the Bengals, our roots in Cincinnati have grown deep. We are now blessed with three daughters—all of whom have been cared for by Cincinnati Children's at various times—and what began as a personal holiday toy drive has blossomed into something much larger. As our annual Christmas event grew, so did our desire to expand our reach and impact even more families, communities, and individuals facing hardship.

Today, our foundation exists to support families navigating the challenges of pediatric medical care and beyond. Cincinnati has given our family so much over the years, and we invite you to join us in giving back, ensuring that no family has to walk through their most difficult days alone.
